This product contains a total of 5 pages. First is a combined list of the 4 cooking lab jobs that each group of 4 students will have: Master Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, and Sanitation Chief, as well as the list of duties for each. This page is suitable to use as a handout and to post in each kitchen lab area. The next four pages are posters describing each of the four jobs individually. These can be posted on a bulletin board or other available space in the kitchen/classroom area. I use a spinner to randomly assign jobs for the first cooking lab, then rotate through each of the other three jobs until all students in each group have had a chance to do all four jobs. Then I switch their seats around and begin the process again.
