This is a great system for keeping your kitchen running smoothly and all students performing their assigned duties. In my kitchen lab, I have assigned the following duties to 5 workstations: dish machine, dining room/laundry, food storage, chemical shelf & floors, 3 compartment sink/floaters. Student teams (I divide my students into 5 teams) will be assigned a duty for 1 week and will rotate the next week. For example, team 1 will be assigned to work A-station for one week and will work B-station the next week, followed by C-station the next week, etc.
I print these out, place them in sheet protectors and attach them to each station table so students can quickly identify what their station's duties are.
