We learn through images. They convey so much in a glance that could take a paragraph to explain. This package it to fill your students head with images of how to safely use knives and what to avoid. There is a NOTE-TEST-ANSWER KEY. To support the learning through the semester I have included 9 POSTERS of all the images and 1 page poster of all the images.
