Product Description
In our classroom, we used this math center as practice for number recognition. It's simple: get with a partner, take turns rolling a/some dice (see below), and then color the area around that number on the picture.

My high groups used 2 dice and counted all the dots (they didn't know they were adding yet!).

My middle groups used 1 regular dice and counted the dots.

My low groups used 2 different methods. Some used dice that I made from foam blocks. These dice have both dots and numbers on them. The rest used one regular dice, but were given a number line to help them find out what the number they needed looked like.
