This version of Knock A Note focuses on INTERMEDIATE note names and is great with intermediate (2-5) students. Students will review quarter notes, eighth notes, quarter rests, half notes, half rests, grouped sixteenth notes, whole notes, and whole rests.
Divide your class into two teams. Players race to hit the note and name it before their opponents. Watch out for WILD CARDS! Students never know when a WILD CARD might take them out of the game. And if they're out, don't despair. Another WILD CARD might bring them back to help their teams!
