This is a time-saving- just print and go! - PDF resource with over 125 pages complete with words lists; word phrases; sentences AND reading passages for each lesson. The focus of this resource - "l" blends; "r" blends and "s" blends. This resource is designed to provide teachers and parents with premade lists for reading fluency practice for post skill presentations. This is not a resource that includes skills lessons, but as a supplemental resource to continue practice with reading fluency and word recognition. There are 20+ skills included in this resource for teachers.

Since this is a resource, teachers will need to select the words, phrases, sentences that are appropriate for their students. Each reading passage includes the initial consonant blend, and has the Flesch-Kincaid Level at the bottom-right side of the passage. Teachers must review the passage to ensure their student(s) will be able to read the passage. Before students read the passage, there is an mind activation activity included - Know the Words. This is a pre reading activity where students are presented with some of the higher skills word that were used to create the story passage.

There is a sight word list at the beginning of the resource. It is beneficial to identify which sight words the students know. At the end of the resource are sight word flash cards that can be copied so every student has their own set. These can be used in school and at home. For this resource, the term "sight words," includes Dolch sight words, words from the phrases, sentences and reading passages, and function words.

Please review the preview file prior to purchasing. The preview file has one complete lesson and it reflects what every other lesson will include. Since this resource is to develop reading fluency, visuals are not included.
