PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product contains THREE worksheets to practice, reinforce, review, or remediate adding suffixes to high-frequency and other studied words.
Each sheet is laid out similarly and uses the same directions.


Directions: Read each sentence. Look at the underlined word. Add that word to the blank and write it on the line. The first one is done for you – look at how the end of the word changes when the suffix is added.

Sheet 1 Sample:
Eva wants to write a book. She is _______ all the time.

Sheet 2 Sample:
Those red flowers are so pretty. I think the yellow flowers might be ____.

Sheet 3 Sample:
Everyone likes a nice boss. My mom's company has two nice ____.

Each sheet has an Extra Time activity for early finishers. The last page is the Answer Key.
