LAFS Question Stems Task Cards {3rd Grade}

On February 2014, the Florida State Board of Education revised elements of the Common Core State Standards and renamed the benchmarks LAFS (Language Arts Florida Standards).

Due to the fact that LAFS are set to be fully implemented across the grades for the 2014-2015 school year, I decided to create these Task Cards of QUESTION STEMS that I could use with my 3rd graders. As a result, this product was born!

With this resource you will receive over 120 different TASK CARDS centered around Language Arts Florida Standards for LITERATURE and INFORMATIONAL TEXT. These task cards can be used to create text dependent questions for close reads, small group instruction, for guided reading groups, whole group instruction, or to create test questions. Students can also use these task cards as resources when creating their own teacher like questions... and these are just a few uses for these task cards.

Each task card has also been created in an easy to read font, includes a check off card where you can mark when a standard has been addressed, a header card is also included that clearly identifies each standard for quick reference, the header card includes its corresponding Webb's Depth of Knowledge level.

With this download you also have an EDITABLE file where you can create additional question stem task cards of your own :0)
