Each "Packing Slip" lists the items to look for and the student will independently read or match to find the correct task card in which an open carton holds the items to be “packed and shipped”. Using easy to read store names and objects, your students will absolutely love doing this activity AND gain functional reading and matching skills without ever realizing they are working! There are 25 Task Cards included in this set, with 4 items on each "Packing Slip".
SUGGESTED IEP GOAL ALIGNMENT:
Given a work task related to a life skill which requires reading words to match a picture, or matching picture to picture, STUDENT will independently complete the activity within an allotted amount of time, with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
Given a work task related to a life skill which requires fulfilling an order by reading or matching objects, STUDENT will independently complete the task with 80% accuracy, in 4 out of 5 opportunities, by MONTH, YEAR.
