Can your students handle line plots? Do they know how to interpret the information within a line plot? If not, provide them this practice and their proficiency will grow. If you're unsure of what they know with line plots give them this as an individual assignment or even in groups. There's no answer key, because they need to search out items in your classroom(working on inches/feet), measure them, then create a line plot. They then are required to develop four questions that can be answered by observing the data they came up with. ENJOY!
