The line plot center activities are:
1. Lucky Number Roll Line Plot
This is a basic starter activity. A six-sided dice is rolled 15 times and numbers recorded on a line plot. Students work with response sheets and a task card to interpret data collected and recorded.

2. Pizza Party Line Plot
This activity involves working with fractions of a unit to solve addition and subtraction problems. A scenario task sheet, fraction cards and response sheet target recording and plotting of data on a Line Plot.

3. Spin to Win Line Plot: A spinner denoting fractions of a unit is spun 15 times and data collected is recorded on a Line Plot. A task card features interpreting data on the Line Plot and solving problems relating to addition and subtraction.

4. Fraction Cube Roll
Students make their own fraction cube from a given template and roll it 10 times. Data is recorded on a Line Plot. A task card is used to interpret data collected and recorded.

5. Growing Up Line Plot
Growth chart task cards are used to solve the problem outlined in the scenario sheet. Data is collected from each task card and recorded on a Line Plot. Students solve problems relating to addition and subtraction of fractions of a unit outlined in task sheet.

6. Card Pick Line Plot
Students will use card visuals to record the number of Kings, Queens, Jacks and Aces. They follow instructions on the task card to plot and interpret data collected.

7. Coin Toss Line Plot
Students will toss three coins to record the number of Heads. They follow instructions on the task card to plot and interpret data collected.

8. Dice Roll Line Plot
Students will roll a dice to record the number of times each number is rolled. They follow instructions on the task card to plot and interpret data collected.

9. Domino Tile Turn Line PlotStudents will use domino card visuals to record the number of times a domino tile card is turned. They follow instructions on the task card to plot and interpret data collected.

10. Film Genre Line Plot

Summarize numerical data sets in relation to their context, such as by:
Display numerical data in plots on a number line, including dot plots, histograms, and box plots.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Use operations on fractions for this grade to solve problems involving information presented in line plots. For example, given different measurements of liquid in identical beakers, find the amount of liquid each beaker would contain if the total amount in all the beakers were redistributed equally.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Solve problems involving addition and subtraction of fractions by using information presented in line plots. For example, from a line plot find and interpret the difference in length between the longest and shortest specimens in an insect collection.
