"Cita a Ciegas II" (Blind Date II) is an interesting, funny story written at a level that Spanish 1 students can understand. Teaches basic physical and character traits (ex. tall, short, kind). The dialogue stresses the importance of 'o' and 'a' masculine and feminine adjective endings.
This zip file contains multiple activities. Partners read the story as a dialogue. There is a worksheet for students to translate the story, and a Mad-Lib that can be used to revisit the story (reinforcing vocabulary), and teach parts of speech.
A key is included for the worksheet.
This story is a sequel to the first "Cita a Ciegas" story, but it can be read alone.
The vocabulary comes from Glencoe Spanish 1 "Buen Viaje!" Chapter 1, "Un Amigo o una Amiga."
