This prompt asks Novice-Mid level students to create a powerpoint or visual in which they tell classroom rules using pictures of themselves. While students may choose to depict typical classroom rules (sit in your seat), they may also be creative with their rules (don't stand on your head in class). Students enjoy taking pictures of themselves breaking the rules for this fun project.
I have the students use iPads but they could also use cell phones and the computer lab to do this project. If technology is a problem, they can print the pictures and create posters or booklets.
Follow up by allowing students to show their Power Points and demonstrate their presentational speaking skills.
