“La rutina de Marisol” is intended to be used in conjunction with daily routines and reflexive verbs. The story is written in simple Spanish and only uses the 3rd person singular and plural of the verbs. Two options of activities are included but the story is the same. In this way, the activity has been tiered for the students based on level of readiness. You choose which option is most effective for your students.
The conjugations are provided for the students and they are asked to highlight or identify reflexive verbs. Next, they are required to fill in a chart in which they write the reflexive verb found in the story, the infinitive form of the verb, and the English translation.
The students are give the verb in its infinitive verb and they are required to conjugate the verb correctly. If you chose this options you could also incorporate the chart.
