The economic crises and problems that had been witnessed by the entire world led to the development of the toughest threats and weakens that had been providing the governments with a great motivation for the development of their structures and the reformation of their economic conditions. Despite of the expansion of the economic problems, many nations found their ways to the stability and the strengthening of their economic structures. On the other hand, many states till this day are considered to be struggling from the ineffective and the less developed structures and conditions (Neerup, Nieuwenhuysen, & Higley, 2011). For instance, the developing and less-developed nations are considered to be facing a huge threat that eliminates their capabilities for the attainment of the growth and the development of their industries and economies. One of the greatest problems that are being faced by and the less-developed nations is considered to be the elimination of the capability of the governments to the provision of the most effective and the most qualified environment for the population, in terms of appropriate job opportunities, qualified education, and high standard of living. These inappropriate conditions derived large proportions of the populations of the less developed nations for the conduction of the immigration to seek more promising opportunities within the developed nations, such as; the United States of America, Australia, and Canada, where the studies ensured the great need for working force and employees within different fields and areas of operations (Salisbury, 2010).
