These inappropriate conditions derived large proportions of the populations of the less developed nations for the conduction of the immigration to seek more promising opportunities within the developed nations, such as; the United States of America, Australia, and Canada, where the studies ensured the great need for working force and employees within different fields and areas of operations (Salisbury, 2010).
