Students will be engaged in reading informational texts, answering text dependent questions, and sequencing the stages of the life cycle. They will name, draw, label, and explain in writing as they craft a "circular fan" of the ladybug life cycle.
This LIFE CYCLE unit is an engaging set of tasks intended to promote and reinforce reading informational texts, answering text dependent questions, and sequencing the stages of the life cycle. As a unique and fun culmination to the unit, the students will craft the ladybug life cycle into a ‘circular story fan’ that they can use to retell the sequence of the stages and keep as a compact reference source!
