Description

Ladybugs, ladybugs... I LOVE ladybugs! These ladybug math centers were so much fun to make and even MORE fun to use! They are great for pre-k or kindergarten classes who need a littler more review on the numbers 1-10. For a better look at each activity, just click on PREVIEW!

Ladybug Spots Counting Mats:

There are 10 counting mats with "spot-less" ladybugs! Students will place the numbers in order and count out small black poof balls or buttons to match the number.

10 Little Ladybugs Number Order Craftivity:

This craftivity makes a super, cute bulletin board display when paired with the included poster. I've provided three different types of ladybugs - one with numbers, one with tracing numbers and one blank set (for students to write their own numbers). Students will color and cut out the ladybugs, place them in number order and glue them onto to paper strips.

"Little Ladybugs" Interactive Book:

This little book is based on the popular, "10 Little _____" song. Students will read the number in the book, find the picture that matches and glue it into the book. ADORABLE!

Colorful Ladybugs Sort and Count Pocket Chart Activity:

Students will sort the ladybug pictures by color and count how many there are of each color. I've provided both full-page and half-page recording sheets.

Spotted, Dotted Ladybugs:

This is a one page activity where students will color the ladybugs, read the number next to it and, using cotton swabs or pencil erasers, dab black paint onto the ladybugs to match the number.
