QR codes are amazing! If you have access to a mobile device with the capability of QR a QR reader, then this is for YOU!
What a better way to integrate technology and use QR codes then by allowing you students to walk around the room with a scavenger hunt!
Children scan the first QR card, it will give them a definition of a specific landform…then they search the room for the card with the landform that matches that description!
They continue this process until they reach the last card!
This is a great low-prep activity for you! You can work in small groups with your children at peace because your students in this center will be highly engaged searching for landforms!
Landforms included in this activity:
-Gulf or Bay
PRINTER FRIENDLY VERSION AVAILABLE IN ALL BLACK AND WHITE TO SAVE INK!!
If there is a landform on here that you don't teach, what I recommend is placing it around the room anyways, but putting a sticky note on the card that leads them to the next picture so the game isn't ruined and you can still grade accordingly!
ANSWER KEY INCLUDED
There is also a page that details what the description of each card says so if a student is having trouble, you can help them with just the glance of this sheet!
