This is a foldable book on landforms that students create themselves to assist in their own learning. Uncover each flap to reveal a photograph of each of the twelve landforms listed as well as their definitions.
The twelve landforms covered in this foldable are: peninsula, valley, plateau, butte, prairie, mesa, canyon, island, plain, mountain, isthmus, and volcano.
Included in this foldable are photographs of the completed foldable, directions on how to make it, landform terms, definitions, and a photo of each landform.
I have also included an assessment and answer key to check for understanding after the concepts have been taught.
I find it most useful to complete this foldable with my students whole class as I simultaneously teach and/or review each of the landforms as they construct their foldable books.
