This activity results in students creating a "travel guide" for visiting different landforms. It has a space for the definition of the landform, description of what you might find at the landform (for example, at a volcano you will find ash and lava), a spot to draw a picture of the landform, and a place to draw/write three items you would need if you were visiting that area.
Landforms included are mountain, volcano, canyon, desert, cave, plain, and glacier. There is also a page with a blank so students can write in their own landforms. The blank page could also be used to differentiate instruction for more advanced students.
