Each case contains a brief summary, the amendment involved, the decision of the case, the outcome and a EASY memory hint to help students remember each case.

You can use this set as a bulletin board, poster set group activity, stations, student gallery walk individual work and so much more.


Lesson Ideas:
*In groups, give one case to each group. Have the group read about and learn the case. Have one student rotate to a new group and teach that new group about the case. You can rotate up to 1o times! In the rotations students can fill out the one of the worksheets provided.

*Do a Jigsaw Reading.

*Hang the case briefs around the room and have students walk around the room and visit each case answering the questions on the student “Which Case” worksheet provided or the graphic organizers.

*Students can create a book cover for the case of their choice. Book cover directions have been included.

*Start a class discussion using the Critical Thinking Questions included.

*Write an essay using the included essay prompt.

*Complete an individual Case Study with provided worksheet.
