This is a case of "Due Process" that eventually created the "Miranda Rights" for all US Citizens. Each of the presentation slides are editable so you can change it to fit your individual needs.

It also reviews the lower Courts ruling of the case, the issue with the 5th Amendment, the Supreme Courts rulings on the case and the creation of the "Miranda Warning", now used by all Law Enforcement officers in the United States. There is a one page quiz at the end for students to decided if the Court got it right.
