Description
Need a break from plain old fill-in-the-blank activities? Do your older students want more 'older' activities? These crosswords are geared towards upper elementary students and middle school/junior high students working on language. There are two different crosswords for each area: Antonyms, Synonyms, Irregular Past Tense Verbs, and Multiple Meaning Words.
* The Synonym and Antonym crosswords each have a Level 1 and Level 2. The Level 1 pages have Tier 2 vocabulary words and Level 2 pages are a combination of Tier 2 and 3 vocabulary words.
*All pages crosswords have the following options: crossword without a wordbank ( most challenging option ) and crossword with a word bank ( most support ). There is also an answer key for each crossword so students can check their answers.
