If you have the resource, The Literacy Continuum by Fountas and Pinnell, then this resource packet will be exactly what you are looking for. The behaviors have been typed out for you to print, laminate, and then post in the classroom as learning targets. The three areas that were picked are the components that make up the Language and Word Study Workshop, which are: Interactive Read-Aloud, Shared Reading, and Writing about Reading. For each of these three areas you will receive the learning targets typed out two ways: pocket chart strip size and poster size (8 1/2 x 11). You will also have in this packet the learning targets typed into a chart for recording the dates that you are teaching the targets and another chart for student evidence that they are demonstrating the target. A bonus in this packet is the Writing About Reading forms that are done for each type of writing that you can use as a whole class demonstration or to go inside the reader's notebook. Enjoy!
