These 4 inch by 4 inch letters can be used to create a “scrabble” bulletin board. Print, cut, and laminate the letters so they can be used year after year. Cover the bulletin board with colored paper and then tack the letters on it.
Use your weekly spelling list to create new scrabble words every week.
Let the students create it at the beginning of every week. (Be sure to have them take it down before their spelling test.)
What better way to reinforce those words all week than to have a visual reminder on the bulletin board. Let them create it and you’ve added a kinesthetic element to their learning. These letter cards can easily be made on your own computer, but why take the time? These are done for you! I do the work so you are free to teach!
There are four of each letter, but print enough of each to accommodate your spelling words. You will need to print extra vowels and some of the more common letters, like t and s. A set of capital letters has also been included.
