As a side project, I have developed a series of toddler Spanish classes using a character named "Pablo." I wrote and illustrated a series of stories in a big, picture-book format as part of the learning segment for the classes. Those story books have been scanned and divided into colorized screens for your classroom projector and black-and-white coloring sheets for you to print and use in your classes.
This particular story features two opinionated toddlers who never agree on what type of foods they like to eat. The vocabulary featured includes:
At the end of the file is a closing activity that you can print and project that allows to students to demonstrate mastery. The various parts of the file are appropriate for a variety of age of child, with simple, repetitive language.
Included in your purchase is a song that I wrote called "Las Comidas," which is not identical to the wording of the storybooks, but does reinforce much of the vocabulary and syntax.
You can buy a copy of this file series that also has this song embedded in it with a music video that I produced using animation tools.
