This book is an emergent reader to teach about Las Posadas. It includes Spanish and English versions, in color and black and white. The content of each book is the same, but I’ve included three levels for increasingly challenging activities. Suggested uses are listed before each new level. Examples of activities include writing in the sight words and writing in phonetic spelling for the vocabulary related to the holiday.
For English, the focus sight words are: he, she, have
For Spanish, the focus sight words are: ella, el, tiene
These can also be used for guided reading. The English version roughly correlates to F/P level C. Please let me know if you have questions!
