Description
This form will help you keep track of students who are submitting late work. Are you tired of the random emails from students saying they submitted an assignment late? Or a student coming up to you in the middle of class stating they finished last week's work?
With this Form, students have to fill out information about the assignment they missed along with the actual assignment (if it's digital). You will then be able to keep track of the missed assignments in a Google Sheet!
