Students get to design their own theme park! This end-of-unit project has students act as project manager to justify a theme park's economic viability, think up rides, and plan out their park based on some of the most famous theme parks in the world!
I have used this project with 6th graders all the way up to 9th graders and they really enjoyed it! I left it in a word document so that you can adapt it for a different unit of study (Africa, Australia, ect) if you wish. It is VERY easy to use year to year or even at the end of a year and make a real Disn-y World and cover everything already studied (maybe make one continent an EPC-T, another Anim-l Kingd-m, and another Disn-y Studios)!!
