PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

I use this worksheet with my WLEX (World Language Exploratory) classes when discussing how many of the languages we study come from Latin roots and therefore have some very similar words. This also leads into a discussion about cognates, which they will need to know when starting to study a new language.

This worksheet shows cognates from German, French, Italian, Latin and Spanish ands asks the student to guess the English equivalent.
