Discovery learning lesson where students investigate how the Romans wrote, looking at both the letters and punctuation, as well as at the writing materials.
Students are given examples of modern and ancient texts and compare how the two are written. After looking at five different groups of texts, students draw conclusions and share those conclusions as a class.
