This print-and-go Latitude and Longitude Battleship game is a quick, easy, fun review that will have your students excited to review! Students mark their "ships" on a map, then take turns with a partner giving coordinates using latitude and longitude to try to sink their opponent's ships. The first person to sink their partner's ships wins!
This activity takes about 30 minutes in my high school classroom with low-ability learners. It may take longer with a lower-level or younger class. The game is designed to be a booklet that will fit into an interactive notebook- just copy it double-sided and fold it in half for a booklet with the instructions on the outside and a map on the inside. Alternatively, laminate the instructions and map and put them inside a file folder for a station game or class activity that you can use again and again!
