Product Description
Math Workshop

Are you ready to get your feet wet with the workshop model? This pack is FILLED with tips and suggestions, pictures, lesson ideas, organizers for you, and starter stations. I designed this pack based on my own experiences with Math Workshop in my classroom. (Also be sure to check out my guide to Launching Reading Workshop!) Over the years, I have pulled ideas and activities from various gurus and made them fit for my teaching style. I hope that you’ll be able to use this pack and adapt it to your own style and methods. Math Workshop has definitely been the only way I’ve ever been able to reach all of my students on their level and still cover the standards I need to teach. If you’ve never used a workshop model, start out with bits and pieces and slowly add in new elements as you get comfortable… otherwise you will be overwhelmed and might give up too soon! If you have been using a workshop model, I hope this pack will provide some new ideas and activities for you to try out in your classroom!

Also, check out this blog post about the Workshop Model, and this blog post about how to manage stations!
