This is an activity that I do with my Geometry students to preview the Law of Sines. In this activity, students understand why SSA triangles (the "Ambiguous Case") could have one solution, 2 solutions, or no solution. After they complete the activity, there are several problems for them to try using a white board with a small group. Students tend to enjoy this activity and the wikki stix are fun to use. In the past, I have also used straws or pipe cleaners.
