Talk about easy to prep & easy to check! Great for small group instruction or centers. This activity is designed to help students simplify expressions using their exponent rules. There are ten question cards students are asked to complete. I use pairs for this activity (but anywhere from 1 to 3 would work fine). They find their answer on the answer board provided, flip the corresponding question card face down, to show its letter. This helps make the job of checking answers very easy and quick, as you only have to give it a glance that the letters are in the correct spot, and you are done! Included: directions, answer board, 10 question cards, 10 letter cards (to copy onto the back of the question cards), and an answer key.
