PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

I designed this quick, easy and fun money math game specifically for leap day, but you can really use it any other time as well.

The object of the game is to be the first one to spin all of the coins needed in your column, that will add up to 29.

The strategy comes in with the column children choose.

Is it wiser to take the least amount of coins (a quarter and 4 pennies) in the hopes that you will spin those, or to choose a different column with more coins because you think you'll be spinning those and not always losing your turn because you didn't get the "hoped for" quarter?

Students can play with a partner or in small groups of 3-5.

For more math practice, and a fun data analysis activity, I've included 2 graphing options.

I'm Diane from Teach With Me, hoping your kiddos enjoy leaping to 29, while they practice coin identification and strategy.
