English is the official language of Ghana; but 80% of the population also speaks TWI as a first or second language. TWI COLORS highlights common color words, using different symbols from the country of Ghana, including...
-the national flag of Ghana
-cocoa bean pods
-adinkra symbol for peace
-the Golden Stool
-kente cloth pattern
The booklet includes a color chart with pronunciations; and I’ve also included a teacher’s language guide to Twi colors, numbers, and common phrases.
Technical info: Both the book and language guide are formatted as PDFs, combined into a single zip drive. TWI COLORS can be printed as a single- or double-page booklet. The original illustrations are high-resolution, 300 dpi.
