Ask the students to give examples of what generally makes them angry. Many of their responses will be examples of boundary violations. Explain that a boundary is a dividing line between you and others. When others go over the line, it causes angry feelings and hurts relationships with others.
Show the 3 minute video and ask the students what they learned.
Pass out the worksheet and tell the students you’re going to start “The Good Boundary Challenge”. The challenge lasts as long as you decide to utilize it. It could be once a week, every day for one week, one day a month, etc. The idea is to keep it going so they can understand the concept of boundaries and how their behaviors affect others.
