This lesson was made for a high-school age Multiple Disabilities classroom based on the Extended Content Standards. The goal is for students to identify the organizational features of a sentence (e.g. words, capitalization, ending punctuation). The lesson is 17 pages long and is a combination of direct instruction and practice. Attached are notes that the students can take about the 3 punctuation marks and when to use them. In addition practice sheets are attached that focus on punctuation.
