Sometimes students need a prescription. After an evaluation a student may need to review his/her class notes for 15 minutes a day and redo the problems in the class notes without looking at the answer until after they finish. Sometimes they need to come after school. Whatever it is this little form holds the student and parent accountable. Learning Prescriptions are a simple way to give students individualized attention and additional instruction while also communicating with parents. In your next parent conference consider giving this slip to help get our students on track.
