Students will use this organizer to self assess themselves on the learning skills on their report card. The first page has the definitions of each learning skill and has a spot for students to write what level they think they achieve. Beside that is a spot for the teacher to write what they actually achieved. This page is broken into progress report, term 1 and term 2.
The second page has each learning skill broken down into success criteria. This page is meant for students to highlight the ones they were able to achieve. This will help each student give themselves a level.
