Learning Skills package - long range plans, posters, assessment sheets

This package includes 41 files containing resources aligned to the Ontario Curriculum for Learning Skills and Work Habits. It is designed to be used in grade 6 but would work very well in grades 4,5, 7 or 8.
It includes long range plans that break the 6 learning skills and work habits into manageable learning goals and success criteria for each term. There are also self/teacher assessment sheets for each term with space for goal setting and parent signatures. Finally, there are 2 sets of posters (18 per set, one colour, one black and white) that include a poster for each learning skill for each term with the learning goal and success criteria. A second page is included for each that, when printed double sided will help you keep track of which posters to use when.
