In my district, we are required to post learning targets. I created these signs and placed them in an 8x10 picture frame from the dollar store. I superglued heavy duty magnets on the back of the frame and hung them up on my magnetic white board at the front of the room. When I want to write out the learning target I use a dry erase marker and write right on the glass of the picture frame. Because the picture is white the students can easily read the learning target and I can easily erase and re-write the target based on the class.
You could also put the posters in clear plastic sleeves and use a vis a vis marker and write directly on the plastic sleeve and staple it to a bulletin board.
