Learning and understanding emotions and feelings are an important social skill for all children. Emotions are completely natural and are a part of everyone. They change throughout the day as we experience different things happening to us. Teaching our students to better understand what they are feeling and how to deal with those feelings, helps them develop the skills they need to mange their emotions and cope with them.

Emotion and feelings charts - 2 different styles for you to choose from for your students. Today I am feeling... they decided how they are feelings and mark it. One of the charts has a space for them to write what emotion and why.
You can laminate these charts for your students throughout the day. I use little magnets with stickers on them, so it's fun.
