Original stories, gently narrated and set to music for children to dance.
Short enough to do during a break from desk work or to add to any show for parents.
Simply have the children listen to the story then play the story again and let them dance (no speaking or sounds). I have the children stand around the edge of the space and enter into the center space as the are dancing and acting their characters. After the music ends for their character, they can either return to the side of room or sit down right where they finish. After a few times through, you can begin to stage the ballet.
Children love these stories and will ask to dance them over and over again.
