Looking for an interactive way to reinforce recognizing if sounds are short/jerky or long and smooth with your younger students in music? They will love watching Dracula dance! The product contains 8 student interactive slides (created with PowerPoint 2013 - tested on PPT 2010). Each slide has several sound effects and animations. Students will click on the child to hear a sound. They will then click on the word (staccato or legato) that represents what they hear! Students will know immediately without leaving the page if they are correct. Be prepared for laughter and movement when they select the correct answer and giggles when they select the wrong answer. It is a perfect addition to your Orff and Kodaly resources especially around October or Halloween. The product works well with Smartboards! Students just have to touch the board to activate the animations.
An excellent observation or assessment tool to see which students might be struggling with the concept.
