This packet is the only way I have been able to teach sentence structure and the placement of pronouns to my students of all ages. I teach adults and children and both are able to do this activity. You may set it up for beginners who are simply learning how to put a sentence together in the present, near future or the preterite, in the negative or the affirmative. You may increase the difficulty by incorporating the pronouns and their placement in the affirmative, negative, and command forms. Directions, a pronoun placement chart, and sample sentences are provided for different levels as are twelve extra picture cards that you may want to use for adding your own vocabulary such as questions words (who, what, where....). Preparation is minimal with only three cuts per page for the picture cards. My students of all ages enjoy these cards. I would recommend 80# or 100# paper for longer lasting results when reproducing the images. I make all of my copies at a local print shop. It is much easier and less expensive.
