A great way to practice place value
. Roll a die six times and try to place the numbers you've rolled so that the number on the left is the smallest and the number on the right is the largest.
You may have to caution the kids to keep their voices down whenever they win a round!
Consider having capable or a prepared student who might otherwise struggle help by rolling the die.
