Student note guide to the PowerPoint lesson I in the "Nuclear Chemistry" unit VIII - introductory chemistry. This lesson identifies the process of nuclear decay and the three types of nuclear radiation; explains the sources of nuclear radiation and how it affects matter, and lists the methods used in detecting nuclear radiation.
