Now you can print your own lesson plan book!! I use mine to plan my lessons for my speech therapy groups. It can be used in the classroom or in the therapy room.
I printed both pages, then photocopied them back to back (just make sure Monday is on the top of each page!!). Copy enough for each week of the school year.
Then, I took them to an office supply store to have them spiral bound (only a couple dollars), you may be able to bind a book at school. I have looked and looked through teacher supplies, but I had a hard time finding a book that had at least 8 boxes per school day. Ideally, I would have liked 10 boxes per day, but it just didn't fit. (I'm picky, I know!)
I write the names of the students in each group at the top of the box and what I plan to do with them that day. I often cross out my plans and write what really happened that day too!! I love it because I can go back and quickly see what I have already done.
For artic groups, I can just write in the target sound they worked on that day. I typically write down the game or activity as well, so I don't repeat it too often.
See my Facebook page, I'm posting pictures of my old plan book, so you can see how I have been using it.
I am no where close to doing all my paperwork on the computer! If you are like me, you need to write it down!!
